Be free from odors and visible signs of use
Be in original condition and suitable for resale

Natural fading, color variation, distressing, and texture differences are intentional results of our washed vintage process. These characteristics are part of the design and are not considered defects.
If your item arrives with a defect or error, including:
Visible damage or manufacturing flaws
Severe stains
Incorrect item or incorrect size
We will offer:
A free replacement or free return, or
A full refund of the item price
Please contact us with clear photos of the issue for verification.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as sizing or preference):
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Items must meet the return conditions listed above
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Refunds apply to the item price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected
